Born in 1946 and happily married to my soulmate through 49 years. I worked as a doctor’s secretary for 45 years. And I wrote a book about my life, “True Love – holding each others hand and hand on heart”, that was published in 2017. It contains advice on spirituality, exercise, diet, vitamins and the very essence of choosing your life’s experiences carefully.

I worked a talent of mine to make sure that I get out of life what I want. I am a spiritual individual, and approach life based on love, trust and faith. I only focus on what is important to me – and then it happens. Worries does not nourish anyone, but care certainly does. I never worry, but choose to bless.
